The cost of wooden floor sanding depends on the size of the floor, the condition of the floor and if there are any repairs needed. We will also need to know what stains or finishes you require. We offer free quotes across Leicester and Leicestershire so please contact us for an accurate price.
Most wooden floor sanding jobs take between 1-2 days depending on the size and complexity of the work required. A straightforward sand and seal in a small hallway will be completed in one day whereas a large living room with lots of repairs and colour staining can take 2-3 days. We always aim to complete work as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to our customers.
We use modern, professional floor sanding equipment made to keep dust to a minimum. There may be a small amount of dust but far less than traditional sanding methods. We offer a virtually dust free service.
Yes! We can repair scratches, loose boards, gaps and unsightly historic repairs whilst still keeping the charm and character of the wooden floor. In most cases old floors can be restored rather than replaced, making them a much more eco-friendly option.

We offer a range of finishes including lacquer, oil and stain. Our most common finish is Lacquer as it the most hardwearing. You can choose to have this in matt, satin or gloss and we apply 3 coats as standard. We can stain your wood floor to a variety of different colours and encourage reference pictures for us to match to.
